Research interests

Edward Oloidi is a research assistant at USW, frontline experience of supporting adults with intellectual disability.

His PhD thesis explored how perceived public perceptions regarding personal and sexual relationships of adults with intellectual disabilities might influence social care workers' attitudes, beliefs and practice behaviours (Wales).

Accordingly, his interest are sexuality and sexual health amongst adults with intellectual disabilities. He is a member of the Unit for Development in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
