SMEs are known to be the backbone of the economy in developed and developing countries, and Nigeria has advanced immensely through the numerous benefits that ICT provides. There is a need for both managers and employees to undergo continual training in order to be aware of the changing nature of ICTs and to find the most suitable solution for their organizations. ICT adoption in developing economies appears to present additional challenges to those that are experienced in the majority of system implementations and developments.
